IIM Ahmedabad has a well-defined pedagogy that the institute follows in its Executive Programmes. It is based on the principles of active learning so that participants can emerge as leaders with confidence and competence. FRCG starts with a solid theoretical foundation to equip the participants with essential knowledge about the various subjects, followed by hands-on learning through case discussions, exercises, presentations, and role plays.
How is the programme delivered?
Participants will attend live online lectures on the VCNow platform through direct-to-desktop (D2D) mode. Plus, participants are given the opportunity to visit the IIM Ahmedabad campus and learn things from the ground up through an intensive 4 days of campus immersion. The live online sessions are scheduled every Saturday, 10 AM to 1 PM IST considering working professionals' busy schedules.
